Domestic Shipping:

For a limited time receive free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days unless notified by Customer Care. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may take up to 3 business days for processing. All orders placed on the weekend will be received for processing the following business day (excluding holidays). Upon completion of order processing, the shipping information including tracking will be sent to you via email.

Please note: Once your order has shipped it may take 24 business hours for you to be notified with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated and we thank you for shopping at Splatterclothing.com.

Returns:

Price Adjustment

Splatterclothing.com gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of original purchase. Sale items are ineligible for price adjustments.

Our Promise

Splatter prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise while fulfilling customer orders accurately! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund (less original shipping charges).  Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging. Splatter will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included.

All sale items marked final sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any final sale item that is returned without approval will have a restocking fee of 25% of the original item price.

Exchanges

At this time we do NOT offer direct exchanges, but don't worry go ahead and place an order for the correct size or color and as soon as we receive your return we will issue you a refund.

Domestic Returns

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please send an email to customercare@splatterclothing.com. In this email please include your first and last name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for the return. Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RMA number. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
