Shipping

Orders may take up to 5 - 10 business days for processing. Upon completion of order process, the shipping information including tracking will be sent to you via email. If an item(s) is out of stock, then we will contact you and advise on the shipping delay. All orders ship USPS.

Shipping and production time for custom orders varies.


Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging with the tags attached within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund (less original shipping charges). Contact us to start the return process. You may be responsible for paying shipping return costs.

Product that was customized and shipped in accordance with the specifications in the order is not returnable or refundable.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
